Dr Ogundele Lasun Tunde holds Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees from Department of Physics and Engineering Physics, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is currently on the Lecturer I cadre in the Department of Physics, University of Medical Sciences, Ondo. He had been engaged in teaching of various undergraduate Physics courses as well as the experimental physics classes since he assumed duty. He specializes in air pollution inventory, source identification and apportionment studies, air pollution meteorology and modeling. He specializes in Health and Environmental Physics with a major interest in the application of Nuclear Analytical Techniques such as XRF, PIXE, AAS and INAA to obtain the elemental assay of various environmental matrices such as sediment, air samples and soil. He also works on human health risk assessment of heavy metals in the environment.
